ACW alumnus Adrian Duncan’s solo show Little Republics- Preparations and Elements is currently taking place in the Irish Architectural Archive until 3rd of March 2023. Duncan was one of several artists, including Chloe Brennan and Laurie Robins, invited by Askeaton Contemporary Arts to live and work in Askeaton and produce a comprehensive public programme of events in conjunction with their stay.
Duncan took this residency as an opportunity to research and develop a series of works related to the housing phenomenon of the bungalow. This expansive research is further explored by Duncan in Little Republics: The Story of Bungalow Bliss, published in late 2022 by Lilliput Press.
